I'm looking forward to taking my experience  and education in social work and working with you to apply it to the outcomes you're looking for. I can help create a framework to process trauma, navigate anxiety, work through attachment, better understand identity, reduce stress, explore depression, or feel more satisfied in your relationship, and hopefully take the guesswork out of what that looks like.

I work with individuals and couples in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario, where I also consider the impact of trauma and culture in the issues you're looking to be supported with. I believe in providing a warm, non-judgemental space, but providing structure and challenge as needed, and can tell you more about this in the free consult call I offer.

Zakary offers online counselling, phone counselling, EMDR (hourly and intensives), couples counselling, and Couples Intensives. Zakary is registered with First Nations Health Authority  (FNHA) Counselling and NIHB and can direct bill for this service. His fee is $150 for individuals and $165 for couples.
